1. How do I place an order?
 
Ordering on Evisujeans is simple, easy and secure. Follow these 3 easy steps to checkout:

Step 1 - Shop the Site. To add an item to your shopping bag, click on an item, select your size and click "Add to Shopping Bag" on the product detail page. Or, use the Fly-View button on the list page to get an immediate view of the item and add to cart.

Step 2 - When you have finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag / Checkout button at the top-right of the page to review your selections.

Step 3 - Checkout with a secure transaction using Credit Card of our website.

2. 60 Days Return Policy
 
We hope you're happy with your purchase but in the event you need to return an item, returns are accepted on merchandise that is in original, unused condition (including all packaging and tags) within 60 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Important Note: All returns must be received at our warehouse within 60 days from the date of purchase. Please allow adequate time for shipping. If you use our pre-paid UPS return label, please allow up to seven days shipping time. If there is not enough time for shipment using our pre-paid return label, we suggest that you use an alternate expedited shipping method at your expense. Returns received after the 60 day period will be returned to the customer.

4. How do I return an item? 

Evisujeans offers fast and easy online returns. Follow these steps to return an item:

1) If you have a Evisujeans account: Log into "My Account." Then, under the "Order Status" section, find the order for which you want to create a return and click "Return an Item."

If you don't have a Evisujeans account: Click on the "Order Status" link located at the bottom of every Bluefly page to access your order and the return form. Enter the order number from your order confirmation email (or your order invoice) and the shipping zip code. Then click the "Return Item" button.

2) Fill out the form to receive a return authorization number and pre-paid UPS domestic return shipping label.

3) Click the "Print Confirmation" button to immediately print your return confirmation and UPS domestic return shipping label. We will also send you a return confirmation email so that you can access your return confirmation and domestic return shipping label to print later.

4) Pack the return and the return confirmation page in the original package, if possible. The return confirmation page is required for accurate return processing.

5) Tape the return label securely to the box. If you opt to use your own shipper, we suggest that you use a traceable carrier.

6) Take your package to any UPS location or give your package to any UPS driver making a regular pickup or delivery at your residence or place of business. Find your nearest UPS location at www.ups.com/dropoff.

Note: Returns that are received without the return confirmation form included will be processed back to the original payment method.

5. What are the itemized fees included in international shipping costs?
 
All shipping fees, duties and taxes and brokerage fees will be paid at the time you place your order. Shipping costs may include the following charges:

Freight : Transportation costs incurred by the Carrier
Fuel : Additional charge incurred by the Carrier to account for an increase in fuel charges (% of freight)
Insurance : Accounts for insuring the package
Duties : The amount charged by the country for an individual item
Taxes : The Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
Brokerage : The amount charged by the Broker to clear customs
Disbursement : The amount the Carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country
Other Fees : The transaction fee and any additional costs that may incur (i.e. rural area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)

6. Why is my return credit less than the total price of my original order?
 
If a discount was applied to the original order after the order was placed, your refund total will reflect the order total less any discounts that were already credited to the original order. You can see such itemized deductions in the return invoice (above in italics) just below the returned item.

7. How can I track my package?
 
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information.

Shipping UPS Worldwide Saver: To obtain a delivery status, enter your tracking number at UPS.com.

Shipping DHL Express: To obtain a delivery status, enter your tracking number at DHL.com.

Shipping EMS: To obtain a delivery status, enter your tracking number at EMS.com.

8. How do I create an account?
 
For the most convenient shopping experience, create your account and save your information. With an account, you can:

- Take advantage of Express Checkout. It��s secure, fast and easy!

- Review your order history, view your store credit or make a return.

- Save frequently used addresses.

- Keep items in your shopping bag for up to an hour if you leave the site.
